Audio Express was absolutely AMAZING to work with Haley and Mike we’re so patient and kind. I had a million questions and Haley listened and answered even the dumb questions lol I had such a hard time with the blow and hummm device and Mike continued to be kind and supportive the entire time. He didn’t try to hurry me at any time.. I called them back and thanked them again once got home. Even though this whole situation BITES, I’m Grateful for their customer service.
If I could give a negative I would. I work in a place where we install them and they are constantly ripping people off. Terrible customer service and gear. I work for them and can’t get straight answers. They are crooks and if you sign up for the indigent program you will still pay full price but be “credited” but it just goes back to them and you only get the discount every other month. Find a different place!! This company sucks!!!!!
