The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and made our experience there a very pleasant one.
Scheduled an install at 10 am. They said it would be about 2 hours to install. I showed up at 950. With my kids and all ready to drop vehicle off. As I walked in the door I was not greated by anyone for about 10 mins. Finally someone came from the back and very rudely asked "What do you want?" ( no hello or anything, didn't ask my name nothing) when I said I was there for an install again without asking who I was he said " We don't have the equipment on-site someone should of called you".
