This place it's So unprofessional, And they always open late or just whenever they feel like it, Today the Lady got super mad at me because she heard me said that there wait time is so long, and just for speaking the truth, She threw my Smart Start mouthpiece at me! and kick me out told me to go somewhere else, after waiting for almost 3hrs just for a calibration They are So rude and unprofessional, they shouldn't even have a Smart Start Business License! if you want to save yourself from a headache do Not go here!
Place is a joke. They advertise that they open at 10am. It’s been over an hour and a half and nobody is here. They need to be more professional or lose their Smart Start permit.
Owner (guy) is a real piece of work. I pity anyone having to deal with him. Business line doesn't work, unable to contact other than driving in. And then stand by for fireworks if he's around.
Do NOT use this company - I have filed several incident reports without help. They gave me a violation for not blowing because their device beeped and requested me to blow AFTER the car was shut off and AFTER I had already left the vehicle. I called Oregon State Police and they don't count it as a violation but I still had to pay $75 because Smart Start said their device was in good working order at the time of the violation- They just want your money and the customer service is AWFUL.
