I went in with a perfectly running vehicle, everything was working. I understand every vehicle is different but 24hrs later, after getting the interlock installed, my vehicle is no longer drivable. First, it was the horn that didn't work. Then after fixing it so that the horn worked...then my A/C no longer was working. I then took it back. Well they did not charge me what they kept saying they were going too. They even told me not to go with who I was going with at first, that there will beat there price. They told me I would pay 74.50 a month with everything. They ended up charging me 97.50 for everything monthly. They did help out with the a lockout that was there fault, and put the money back on.
