Anthony and Alexis were super friendly and patient from the start of the appointment to the end. Anthony really explained the whole process from start to finish and even helped me swap out the original device for one that worked better for my medical needs. I feel very informed and am happy that I chose this shop to work with through this case with me. 10/10 hospitality, cleanliness, thoroughness and they make you feel just like a regular person, like a longtime old friend. Had a great experience with Smart Start. It started out with a few hiccups due to the make and model of my car, but Jonathan and Jorge worked hard to remedy that, had me on the go very quickly! Thank you for going above and beyond!
Excellent service. Jorge and the other technician ( I don’t remember his name) were very professional. After I watched the video with the instructions. Jorge patiently with expertise described every possible causes that can affect the result on the test. And how to handle every situation. Definitely this is going to be my place until my case is cleared.
A complete wonderful experience, I wrecked my car and had my device transferred. Plus Mom was with me. This shop when over and beyond to make sure she was comfortable. Thanks for the amazing service!
