The guys were great.
I had this installed and less than a week later my battery is completely dead! And I can’t even just go by a battery and put it in because a licensed professional from a mechanic shop has to call to Get authorization and steps on how to remove and put it back on. They won’t let you or a family member get authorization and instructions. So on top of all the fees they charge I have to pay a mechanic to change my battery. & guess what I just don’t have that!
I was waited on as soon as I walked in the door. Both employees working were helpful and very kind.
Slowest mfs ever
I’d go anywhere else. Rude and lazy the moment I walked in the door. The building smells and is dirty. Broken chairs and everything. The employees look like they’ve been on a 6 day binder. Slow and lazy too. They finally get done and I’m met with attitude with that too. They took it upon themselves to mess with my truck settings that have nothing to do with the smart start.
