Smart Start Madison Heights location is great. They are compassionate and real with what you're dealing with. I appreciate having them after having a terrible experience with Harrison Twp. location. Even if my interlock device was acting funny asking me to blow super frequently then I would ask them to switch it out so I didn't have a violation because something was wrong with the machine. They were awesome! I have appreciated them with the hard ride I've endured with this interlock device.
Company sucks I paid $500 in two weeks of having their device on my car. I wouldn’t advise anyone to use them. They steal your money even when you do what is right.
Corporate smart start is one of the worst companies you can work with.
