NO STARS . Got the interlock installed and started immediately having electrical issues truck wouldn’t start ,needs a jump start everytime I turned around , bought a new battery still wouldn’t start was told to have the vehicle towed and if it was his issue I could make a claim for reimbursement go to the calibration appointment for the monthly service and fee he looks over his work does a few things and sends me on my way then BOOM shifter starts being hard to shift radio screen goes out two months of this shit . Ron is great at what he does, explains everything thoroughly and has a great sense of humor.
Don’t come here. Go somewhere else. I promise you won’t regret it. This was the worst experience. The guy took all afternoon to install my device. While I was waiting, there were people showing up to have their devices re calibrated. They even stated that I haven’t seen anything yet and the guy there is awful. I really regret coming to this place.
This place takes a long time to sit here and wait to get the breathalyzer refilled. My battery died one time. I ask is it the breathalyzer ok because my battery died and it’s acting weird. It still started and everything. Sat here waiting for 4 hours and got charge $50 even though it was still working and allowing me to start my vehicle. Felt like it wasn’t anything I did wrong a got charge. Another thing that upset me that my payment isn’t due for another 8 days but if you come here you have to pay your payment.
