Don’t come here. Go somewhere else. I promise you won’t regret it. This was the worst experience. The guy took all afternoon to install my device. While I was waiting, there were people showing up to have their devices re calibrated. They even stated that I haven’t seen anything yet and the guy there is awful. I really regret coming to this place.
This place takes a long time to sit here and wait to get the breathalyzer refilled. My battery died one time. I ask is it the breathalyzer ok because my battery died and it’s acting weird. It still started and everything. Sat here waiting for 4 hours and got charge $50 even though it was still working and allowing me to start my vehicle. Felt like it wasn’t anything I did wrong a got charge. Another thing that upset me that my payment isn’t due for another 8 days but if you come here you have to pay your payment. Tyrone at the SmartStart in Hampton, Va was such a tremendous help. One of the most organized and informational people I could of hoped for. His customer service was outstanding, and answered all questions. The install was flawless and very quick. Hats off to him!! I’m 100% glad I went with SmartStart.
This center was very helpful and did everything in such a timely manner compared to their competitor Intoxalock. I was not disappointed honestly glad I made the switch! The staff were very nice and genuine as well. Highly recommend.
