Very helpful staff, even took the time to troubleshoot additional issues after appointment
Similar experience. Machine malfunctions, customer pays. Not just $50, but the annoyance of having to go to the shop, or walk home, or sit and listen to the car alarm, spending countless hours on the phone trying to get help or reimbursement but not once did that work in my favor. I had no problems w the people, everyone’s just doing their job and if you’re nice, they’re nice.. but the equipment made for a very frustrating experience. I’d try a different company if I had to do it again.
Junk equipment and they make you pay $50 for every time it messes up. Some of the people are decent that work there but most are as good as the machine.
