I’ve been coming to this Smart Start location for the past few months, and until recently, I didn’t have any major issues. Most of the time, there’s a younger gentleman working who is very polite and helpful, and I really appreciate his professionalism and positive attitude. Best Smart Start location in the DFW metroplex. After visiting 7-8 "Smart Start" locations around DFW, I found one that truly understands the situation, and takes care of their customers with care. "Too busy?" I read in some reviews as a negative aspect with which to complain. Perhaps there is a reason they are busy.
