While I was not excited to have this device installed, Connor and Joseph made the experience somewhat enjoyable. Joseph was very informative on the do’s and don’ts of the device while Connor performed what I hoped to be a seamless install. Hopefully I can get this thing off as fast as I got it on but I can honestly say this will be my Smart Start home for the next year. Customer service was amazing and its location isn’t too far from my home.
Based my experience with this company and it’s practices of having to spend hours on hold waiting for a customer service representative, added fees, fees that were assessed Wild, my vehicle was in the shop. Three times it occurred at least two times the vehicle was in the shop for over a month. The Company‘ Sappeal process for the assessments is a joke. Based off my experience, my opinion that this company is just money, hungry money, greedy.

This place has really turned around! When I first started coming here for calibrations, the original staff were “less than ideal” to work with, and there was always a long line regardless of the time of day. However, once Joshua and Bobby came in, every experience since then has been quick, friendly, and professional!
