The installer very helpful. Very thorough but the company Smart start is not the company you want to go to. Once you get it installed you cannot get a hold of anybody in person on the phone. You call the number they asked all these questions about. Is it installed not installed? I put not installed then they're asking me what type of system I have and I can't get anybody on the phone so you can't drive test until they put in their papers and God knows when they're going to do that

I was on hold for 1 hour & 10 minutes, and still didn't get a hold of anyone. I gave up. Getting a hold of anyone is next to impossible. Dealing with this company is worse then diversion, court, and fines put together. Plus whats up with them being open on Saturdays but access to it for the public is closed? People work and can't call during mon-fri and their business hour schedule is confusing.
