DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had this thing in my vehicle for a year, they gave me the run around when it came time to remove it. Sent me to the dmv, dmv told me i didnt need to come there and they didnt know why i did. I called them back. They told me i need to speak to the POLICE lol. I ended up going to the police and the head of the DUI task force had to explain to me what to do. I called smart start back, they tried AGAIN to send me to the dmv. The installer very helpful. Very thorough but the company Smart start is not the company you want to go to. Once you get it installed you cannot get a hold of anybody in person on the phone. You call the number they asked all these questions about. Is it installed not installed? I put not installed then they're asking me what type of system I have and I can't get anybody on the phone so you can't drive test until they put in their papers and God knows when they're going to do that
Super nice guys THAT CARE about their work and their customers. Very understanding and knowledgeable about the IID.
