Horrible place. This company is jusy a money grab. First of all their agents do not know much and bearly sprak english. They will find a way to have you have your breathalizer longer than you need to. They have many fees they hide. They have a hidden 75 dollar fee at the end. Their devices give many false positives. Please go to a different company. Any other company. They need to get investigated. They really do not care about people.
If I could I would give 0 stars. Worst company by far. They have a lot of hidded fees. Their device does many false positives. I needed just 90 days. I had it for 5 months! Customer service is the worst of the worst. None of them speak English properly at all. They just read a script. When I askes question their customer service rep would not answer me why they made me have IId 2 months longer than I needed it. Whatever your time frame is you will keep it longer.
