Had appointment made with smartstart to have ignition interlock installed in my vehicle 4/13/18 at 1 pm. When I entered the shop my name was know before I introduced myself, but they had moved my appointment to next Tuesday because the certified tech for install was not there today and they had not notified me or smartstart of the new appointment. so I missed a day of work with no pay. contacted smartstart and confirmed that I was scheduled for 4/13/18. rescheduled install at another hopefully more reliable location. after r... read more
