Nathan was a great help, and the guys had it done a lot faster than I expected. Quick and painless!
The waiting in line for installations make for a long process as ppl who are waiting for a quick calibration should be easy in and out however the way this facility is designed if you are stuck in the bay expect to wait longer than 30 minutes. Not a quick process AT ALL and takes away from time out of my day.
The installation of the device took a little over two hours, which seemed longer than I expected, though I'm not sure if that's typical. The staff was very informative and provided plenty of helpful tips to ensure I use the device properly. Overall, I appreciated their knowledge and support.
I'm trying to get a hold of a person that can help me but the automated voice machine won't allow me to talk to a real person.
