If your tech calls out of work and you’re not notified until last minute before your scheduled calibration just before the weekend, expect your vehicle to be as good as a paper weight with absolute useless customer support. Super frustrating that this company acts as if your at fault and locks your device not allowing your car to start then saying you need to pay to get a one time code that’s only good for 3 hours hoping you can get a spot on the schedule the following Monday. Choose any provider but this one. There's about a 50/50 chance that they'll be there for your monthly appointment, and it's your responsibility to accommodate their schedule to get back. No accountability whatsoever.
