Jim was very helpful. The appointment went as quickly as possible.
Highly recommend seeing Ashlyn and Jon if you have to get an interlock device! They answer all questions you may have and get you in and out as quickly as possible!
John made this experience very easy, though it is a very tough lesson that I have learned getting through this. All other steps were very difficult to navigate, and I received little help from some of the people that I worked with. Jon demonstrated outstanding customer service, along with technical expertise. The guy up front was friendly but my friends vehicle was incorrectly wired at this location resulting in several hours to fix the issues at the Midlothian service location.
