device completely stopped working. had to pay for the tow for then to tell me it was my car. (the device wasn’t connected properly) smart start is the worst experience ever. the customer service is TERRIBLE. get locked out of your car for no reason? wait 7 hours for them to answer the damn phone! your car won’t turn on? wait 6 hours! They completely incorrectly install? you pay for it!
