device completely stopped working. had to pay for the tow for then to tell me it was my car. (the device wasn’t connected properly) smart start is the worst experience ever. the customer service is TERRIBLE. get locked out of your car for no reason? wait 7 hours for them to answer the damn phone! your car won’t turn on? wait 6 hours! They completely incorrectly install? you pay for it!
The team is professional and always quick to help as much as they can!
It was a in and out experience, they was great with explaining how everything works and the things to do , to avoid any problems or issues with the system, and also with location to get my monthly check ins done, , was more glad that I was able to get my interlock service done with them
