I'm bad with names although he told me many times...but he was amazing. Its great to have something done correctly the first time but from someone that is friendly and knows what he is doing from installation and greatly customer service will the excellent knowledge. Another interlock installer, totally disabled, my truck, and smart start, and the folks and Fredericksburg were able to not only fix the problem caused by the previous interlock installer to get my truck running again with no issues at all.
Excellent experience at time of install. The company itself seems well organized. The installer Was very nice and explained everything well.
