The young man who operates this facility in Olathe is just flat out RUDE. From what we've been through we don't deserve to be treated badly. Go to One Stop Motorsports, LLC, at 7219 W 162nd Terrace, Stilwell, KS 66085. They’re open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6:30 PM. They are affiliated with Smart Start and are so patient and kind.
I want to make it clear Brandon was very nice the entire time he got us in and out in no time. However i’m really upset that I brought my lexus to him to get an interlock installed in it and the first time wasn’t wired correctly i could start my car with the device disconnected. We got it fixed and it worked for like half the day and now we can start the car without the device connected again. Do not recommend coming here if you have a push to start vehicle.
Only not giving one star because the technician was very easy to work with. On my initial visit, the installation was performed incorrectly because I could start my car without the device attached and it wouldn’t detect when I started the vehicle when it was attached. He found that he had cut the wrong wire in the starting system. He had it fixed as soon as we could get in during operating hours. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!! Worst Customer Service! Not one speaks English. Company charges fees for everything without informing why. They don’t do refunds without you filing an incident claim and it being approved, including when their device malfunctions or if a service center is closed and they charge you an $80 fee for “missed appointment”. They lock you out of their client portal if you have an unpaid balance, which has your appointment date and lockout date on it. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!
