AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!! Worst Customer Service! Not one speaks English. Company charges fees for everything without informing why. They don’t do refunds without you filing an incident claim and it being approved, including when their device malfunctions or if a service center is closed and they charge you an $80 fee for “missed appointment”. They lock you out of their client portal if you have an unpaid balance, which has your appointment date and lockout date on it. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!
This was a pretty good experience. The guy that runs the place really knows his stuff. And explained it in a way that I could really understand how to use it

good luck getting through on the phone but once you learn the rules, the guy is real nice so calibrations on Monday and Friday only don’t miss it. lunch from noon to one today I don’t know if that’s every day. It’s a one man show. He’s a pretty nice guy. If you think you are driving into an abandoned building you’re at the right place and somehow he’s magically there when he’s supposed to be even though it looks like no one is.
The guy that does the installs/calibrations is cool, BUT the company website and representatives are very deceptive about the pricing. I was FLOORED when my card was charged almost $170.00 at first calibration, so i reached out to customer support who explained to me that it was due to "additional fees" of this and that, plus taxes. I'm not paying $170.00/month, I'm going to find another company to work with, that's ridiculous!!!
