I am being forced by the State to get this machine put on my truck even though I haven't drunk since 6-16-2006. So far the guy I dropped it off with was very chill and easy to talk to and he was very prompt about getting the machine installed. About 45 minutes. So far so good. I will update the review if anything changes.
Professionalism of this company is a zero. I have been severely disrespected and been treated awful about the situation I am in to have this device installed in my vehicle. I would imagine these workers expect to give customers an uplifting experience due to people’s situations. Very disappointed in my experience I would never recommend for someone to experience what I have with Smart Start.
Great guy! Honest and up-front no hassles. Genuine respect given and install was a breeze. The calibration service is quick and but takes the time to get to know his clients. Don’t go anywhere but here!!!!!
We took our car here to get the interlock installed, at first it was okay the lady on the phone was very helpful, she informed us it would only be $150 due at the installation, after the installation was completed we returned back and the installer said the total would be $248 because they have to collect the first 2 weeks up front, nobody informed us of this it was very upsetting to hear, the installer then took us to the shop for training on the device started making jokes about the situation and informed us after the fact... read more
The young man who operates this facility in Olathe is just flat out RUDE. From what we've been through we don't deserve to be treated badly. Go to One Stop Motorsports, LLC, at 7219 W 162nd Terrace, Stilwell, KS 66085. They’re open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6:30 PM. They are affiliated with Smart Start and are so patient and kind.
