Great experience with the guys at the shop! But my question is whether or not there is 24 hour technical support? I was given so many options to select before I could speak to a person. Unfortunately, he couldn’t help me! I was stranded in the cold with a malfunctioning device, and could not start my vehicle! He kept asking if it was my battery, and I kept telling him no, the device is on, but it’s not giving me any options to blow or enter a lockout code.
