All of the employees were so very nice to me & helped me get my ignition interlock within a very short amount of time. I had a very great experience. Definitely sucks that I have to have an ignition interlock, but it was great to have kind people to work with. Thank you much.
Spent MONTHS jumping through all the hoops to be granted financial assistance and these people pick and choose when to honor it. I'm being extremely overcharged and it's destroying my life. I made the mistake and take ownership of my faults. But to have a company exploiting and holding me financially hostage should be illegal. I'm trying to do right and because of them, I can barely afford to live. My name is Thomas Lewis and I would really like to hear from a supervisor before you leave some generic response to my review.
They are a joke. Once they have you on their system there is basically no way to actually call and talk to a rep. When it is time to remove the device they have no accountability and won't actually send the necessary reports to the dol. And meanwhile charge you for each month they keep you on longer than your time.
Shay, Amanda and rey are all very good and professional people.
Never had problems with them in many yrs I've used them. I also know people who have used them, and never had problems with them.
