Good service for a difficult time. I want to commend Shay and Connor for helping me understand the system, answered all the questions I could think of, and gave helpful tips. Seemed to be empathetic with my situation.....which I appreciate. Thanks Shay for running a good shop!

Such a complicated review. Smart start corporate is awful. You will never get any grace with those guys. I’ve had 2 violations back to back within 5 minutes and they charged me $300 and they weren’t even alcohol violations. Having a blow n go is going to suck the life out of you and your wallet. I’m at $450 for insurance, $160 for the blow n go if I don’t violate that month ($150 more otherwise) and my car payment is $300. I’ve been doing this for 3.5 years now after not blowing on my 2nd alcohol related offense. Be smarter.... read more
UPDATE in reponse to the reply here: Thanks for answering this negative review. However, the customer service number you asked me to call will not go to a person on ANY of the options except pretending, again, to be a technician (option 6). In addition, I created an incident report online as directed and received a reply by email that the incident response team does not handle billing. So here we are again. The technician thanked me for being so nice and even making them laugh. They were wonderful to me didn’t make me feel shameful so I wanna think the folks i I appreciate you and it’s not your fault we have this installed in our cars it’s of our own doing
