There needs to be a phone number directly to the office. I hate speaking with the automated message and it doesn’t even have the options I need.
I have had a good time with this company and the guys who run the branch. Not bad for the monthly payments. But my goodness whatever you do don’t leave your rig running and miss a breathalyzer test window. You would think a guy might be able to walk away from his truck for 10-15 minutes while the vehicle is warming up or idle (after the second test 5 minutes in) and not have to worry about missing a test. I have had nothing but problems with the devices that were installed into my vehicle. The calibrations have been taking close to an hour every time I go in. There are hidden fees around every corner. The devices malfunction regularly. I try and go in the mornings and often times the techs show up after the 9am posted opening time. The techs themselves are great dudes.
