Working from out of town and needed calibration. This location allows drive ups. Very convenient. Unfortunately I was not able to get a quick repair to my camera holder. I needed to make an appointment. I explained I was from out of town and no exception was made. It seemed like it would have been a quick fix.
Good customer service at gulf freeway location
Amazing customer service, staff was extremely helpful throughout this whole process. Pedro in particular went above and beyond with helping me with any questions/concerns I had. No one wants to deal with stuff like this but these guys made this whole process that much easier to handle. Thank you Smartstart Tx Pasadena!
