Service center people are okay. Customer service reps have no problem talking down to you. They don't care what your financial situation is whether you're single making 100k a year or supporting a family of 5 on 30k a year. They just want their money. Rebecca in collections was talking over me, put my account in noncompliance, and put a hold on a my account. Fees for everything you are punished for not having the disposable income
Calibration seems on point so far its agravating a lil but least its keep me goin tech guy didnt take to long

I have never had to use an IID before & as many I have been completely new & unfamiliar with how it works & operates until now & after the 1st 4 tries I aced it! Smart Start was thorough & patient in giving me time to practice & learn making it easy. Much easier than Alcolock’s device, as theirs was much more difficult, the instructor wouldn’t explain thoroughly & give me a reasonable opportunity nor time to practice instead, he wanted me to fill out a form spending an extra $70 to send it off and go to 2 of their physicians... read more
