This place is a scam. Very unprofessional and rude. No office. Waiting room is like stuck in between an office you can’t walk into and the shop your not supposed to walk through. Amateur mechanics who do not know what they are doing. Not qualified to be doing what they’re doing or there lazy and don’t care about your car or their work. The product they offer is garbage. Don’t waste your time and money. There are plenty of other companies. That will treat you better
They haphazardly installed the system in my steering column, didn’t secure it and the cord rubs my legs. It also failed to start for no reason within the first 2 weeks of having it, setting off the security system in my vehicle. 0/10 don’t recommend
This has been such an experience. Hard to explain to anyone if you haven't been through it, but if you find yourself needing this service this is the service center to go with. They are kind, very informative. Better than the help line!!!! As uncomfortable as this process is, I really feel like the team there makes a big difference. Thank you!!!!!!!
