They never answer the phone I called on several occasions nd waited not less than 40mins every time to be connected to a tech go with another company I been with them 2 weeks and it’s terrible
My car decided not to start one day / interlock would not power up and when it did kept giving me "key not detected error". It took 3 locksmiths over 6 hours to finally get car to detect key / get past immobiliser/ignition system (which is gated by ignition interlock). It worked for about 2 weeks before i started having issues with the interlock not powering on/ coming on randomly, followed by "key not detected" followed by car just not getting power even with new battery. Just found out the gentleman who does the device installation and device removal ripped and spliced some wires connected to the electrical system. Of course they aren’t responsible and now I’m stuck having to pay for the fix.
Service center people are okay. Customer service reps have no problem talking down to you. They don't care what your financial situation is whether you're single making 100k a year or supporting a family of 5 on 30k a year. They just want their money. Rebecca in collections was talking over me, put my account in noncompliance, and put a hold on a my account. Fees for everything you are punished for not having the disposable income
Calibration seems on point so far its agravating a lil but least its keep me goin tech guy didnt take to long
