Edwin is very professional, curtious, and is always friendly, fast and efficient. The shop is easy to access and clean.

I have never had to use an IID before & as many I have been completely new & unfamiliar with how it works & operates until now & after the 1st 4 tries I aced it! Smart Start was thorough & patient in giving me time to practice & learn making it easy. Much easier than Alcolock’s device, as theirs was much more difficult, the instructor wouldn’t explain thoroughly & give me a reasonable opportunity nor time to practice instead, he wanted me to fill out a form spending an extra $70 to send it off and go to 2 of their physicians... read more
Staff is extremely rude. I do not recommend wasting your time coming here unless absolutely necessary.
This place is a scam. Very unprofessional and rude. No office. Waiting room is like stuck in between an office you can’t walk into and the shop your not supposed to walk through. Amateur mechanics who do not know what they are doing. Not qualified to be doing what they’re doing or there lazy and don’t care about your car or their work. My appointment took over 4 hours to install now not even a week into this and the interlock will not turn on. I have wires hanging everywhere along with the interlock wire right at my knees.
