On the phone, I didn't have a great experience but actually had stress caused but tried to remain strong and polite. Many countries have banned any x-ray use (while we increase microwave weaponry like 5g) so how can almost-always needing to see them be anything but cookie cutter when you're using the word protocol? Please don't use force, that's why I prefer females BUT also had a better male experience for $20 /visit. Dr. Smart is the best! She has been a Godsend to me before and after my neck surgery. My family and I have been going to her on and off for 15 years. If we have an injury she explains what is going on and how to get better.
I was always so pleased with the help I received from Smart Chiropractors. Gabrielle is really experienced and solved all my tennis injuries some including back strains. I will continue to recommend her even though I no longer live in Houston. She also manages insurance claims when required. Very helpful. Thank you for past treatment.
I had a very disappointing experience at this chiropractic office. The doctor seemed to be in a huge rush, constantly talking over me and not really listening to my concerns. I didn't feel heard or cared for at all. To make matters worse, there were bugs in the office, and a fire alarm was going off casually during my visit. The doctor came in wearing leggings, a messy bun, and a T-shirt, which didn't feel professional.
