Got my wisdom teeth removed Dr. Charlie was very gentle. They topically numb the area before injecting you to numb and ensure you cannot feel anything besides pressure. During the procedure he was very communicative and empathetic ensuring I was okay. This level of care is one you do not see often considering they routinely perform extractions. Dr. Charlie was amazing with all of my dental work. I was really impressed with his attention to detail along with his demeanor throughout my time here where I received several fillings and crowns. The staff here are all very friendly and an added bonus was being able to use both Care credit and FSA to pay for my expenses. I can’t recommend this practice enough if you are in need of a dentist.
When you have an emergency on a tooth they previously worked on. They are not able to be contacted by calling and it goes to voicemail and with no call backs. Really upsetting when you’re in pain and need help. ER will be next action. Infections move fast and deadly from a tooth. Can’t believe they don’t have an emergency number to call to advise their patients.
