Overpromised and underdelivered. Our skylights were installed in November 2021, and Eddie upsold us by adding on some "solar blinds", which he guaranteed would get us money back during tax season. Not only did we not get money back, but the blinds we paid for ($300+ each) were never even installed. Apparently they've been "on backorder" for 6+ months. We've been calling Eddie on a weekly basis for months to get updates, or cancel our order, and the most we get back from him is a "I'll call you later" text followed by nothing... read more
