Terrible experience! He was recommended by other clients that we know. So we decided to go and give him a chance. He was gonna check the taxes and see what he can do. He tell us to go the next day for answer. He tells us a specific hour so we went there the next day and i called him to let him know that we was there and he didn’t answer, after hours he text us “to apologize” and said if we can go the next day. Great experience all around. Juan Carlos was very helpful, friendly and knows how to make you feel at ease. Since getting your taxes done are no fun! Upon walking into the office I was a few minutes late, no waiting and I was even offered coffee, soda or water. Not many tax places are as inviting as Smart Services. The process was quick and everything thing was explained to me as he went through the tax preparation process. They have won my trust and my continued business!
