Smart seal has done several commercial jobs for us and that is why I decided to go with them for my personal shop insulation. Not only does the foam perform excellent as a thermal barrier it seals out all the dirt and dust. The installation crew were in and out fast and kept the foam where we wanted it and kept it off the floor and posts that we were decking. Great job!

Rodney at Smart Seal is a very nice guy and seems to be up to date on the foam insulation business. Rodney quoted me what I felt was a very fair price. Too bad for me, my builder thought it was a great way for him to turn around and mark up the price. I went with the foam & Rodney anyway. My attic stays VERY cool, even on 100 degree days.
I was able to visit them today and learn about how great the technology is with this insulation. As soon as we get our next home this year we are calling SMART SEAL.
Smart Seal Foam recently came out and foamed our attic. Rodney was our sales person and he was outstanding, very professional and courteous. The crew was also professional and diligent. We are so happy we chose Smart Seal to foam our attic. Great job. Would definitely recommend this company!!
(UPDATE: SprayPros, LLC - "/txsprayprosllc" on Facebook actually gives EXCELLENT service and offers great products at a fraction of the cost of Smart Seal...check them out!) Ha! Salesman named Rodney just said he didn't want to "re-work bid" and withdrew all bids in lieu of just saying, "this is our best price"! He went on to say that he didn't need my money. I told him I was ready to sign today. Joke of a salesman and company for hiring him.
