We could not be happier with the service we received from Smart Roofing from start to finish. Pete was so easy to work with. He sent a text the morning of the inspection so I knew exactly when to expect him, followed up the next day with the quote, answered our question quickly and with photo back to help us understand the situation, the contract was very clear and he even hand delivered the village permit a few ways before the job started. Smart Roofing has just completed my roof, gutters, downspouts and skylight-and I could not be more pleased. Pete, the project manager was very thorough in his presentation, details, fair pricing and excellent communication…from job estimate to job completion. The roof crew and the gutter crew were very hard-working guys from beginning to end. And I love my new kitchen skylight with the remote shade! Two thumbs up for Smart Roofing!!
