Appalachian Awning is an efficient and reliable service. They provided timely communications and information.
Smart Repairs installed a motorized retractable awning. After a windy night, I awoke to find the awning had deployed itself during the night, and the 2 arms were broken. I later discovered, the last step on programming the wind sensor was not done by the installer. Monty Shelton, would not return my phone calls. After filing a complaint with the NC Attorney General's Office, and 10 months later, he brought me a new awning, (for additional money). It was a pleasure to work with Travis and his helper. They were both professional and pleasant. They completed the job efficiently and cleaned up nicely afterwards. I give them both a score of 10+. I would also recommend Smart Repairs to anyone .
Cannot get the company to call me back. Bought a house with a Sunsetter awning and the former owner left the paperwork showing Smart Repairs did the installation. The awning needs a service call but no luck getting a call back.
