iPhone 12 Pro replacement screen lags and is clearly lower value (not what I was told). In addition my battery life has tanked and I slightly banged it against my desk causing a slight crack. Would recommend paying the premium and going to Apple.
iPhone screen was replaced but there is a noticeable lag compared to the official screen. Also my battery life tanked. In addition, I slightly bumped it on my desk and the corner cracked already. I recommend paying the premium for Apple to officially repair it.
Within a few weeks of getting my iPhone's battery replaced here smoke started coming out of the charging port. When I touched the phone it was burning hot and it started to smell chemically. I went to the Apple Store where they told me that the battery was not adequate, therefore it had malfunctioned, and started an electrical fire inside the phone. Anyways, Apple couldn't help because the new battery was apparently hazardous and voided the warranty of my iPhone. Had to buy a new phone.
It’s been less than a year that I’ve had the back screen of my iPhone replaced. I waited over 3 hours for them to finish. Fast forward a couple months later and it’s worse than what had. For what I paid for I might as well have replaced it myself.
After getting my back screen repaired, my Face ID and front camera no longer worked, my phone kept restarting every few minutes, my sound did not work. Told the guy at the kiosk and he said he never got to the internal part of my phone, took it to apple and says that guy lied and would have to in order to replace the back screen and apple couldn’t help bc the replacement screen voided my warranty on my iPhone.
