I have been attending smart recovery meetings twice a week ever since I learned about the program about a year-and-a-half ago. Smart recovery hosted by live4lali exercises science-based mindfulness as a tool to feeling good without addictive substances. I am sober, and I like it that way thanks to many who have helped me along.
