Just moved to New York and was interested in purchasing a property. The worst customer service in the world I literally got an Hello! Yelled at me and then she began to speak very rude . I let her know I am not interested anymore and that she is very rude. I feel really bad for anyone who has already purchased an apartment through them . I recommend some more training or classes for the realtor in question. Worst customer service. Parked For less than 30 seconds to talk to relative with weeks to leave and the guy knocked on my window and told me to get outta here.’not friendly, unreliable.
