Smart Property saved me when I couldn't find a 6-month short term rental in Edinburgh. Not only did they find a great apartment but an equally great landlord. I dealt with Kat Usher briefly but mostly had Gregor as my problem solver and support. Gregor is great. He responded promptly, took care of issues immediately (they were small things because Smart really maintains the properties), and sweetly laughed at my odd American humor. So much better than a US rental agent.
