This is a great property management company they screen their tenants very well and are very promptly on any repairs that might be needed.
Smart Property Management had picked up most of the existing owners contract from Top Notch Realty. Aside the service and philosophy is greatly different, the main reason for the 1 star review is due to the lack of and/or poor communication we have been experiencing. Often times, we have to convey the same concern and questions repeatedly before we would obtain an answer. I have been with Smart PM for 5 years now and have had ZERO complains. They're proactive, efficient and communicate on a regular basis. The staff is friendly and even my tenant is happy with their response to requests. I highly recommend. Thank you!
We have multiple properties under Smart Property's care. They handle ours and our tenants email and phone requests in a timely manner. It feels great having a trustworthy company to take care of properties.
Very helpful and especially like the reports that are available on demand which are especially helpful at tax time. Lala has always been very responsive when we have a question.
