From my first email with Madison she has been nothing but amazing by answering all my MANY questions and being so so kind and patient with me!! Anyone knows a home is supposed to be your peace, but the management company cares nothing about your peace let alone your safety and well being in the home. This is the most disrespectful, money hungry, and unprofessional company I’ve ever had to deal with. I’m not going to spare you the number of issues that the rental had when the company moved us in. Not a very forthcoming company. I personally think its wrong to charge people for the application and then deny them over something so petty. You should disclose to people you won't let felons live in your rentals. But you gladly took my 100$ and then denied me. Felons get punished enough. We are people and judging us off of a past mistake is wrong. Shame on you.
Very nice people made everything easy.
