I waited a little bit to leave my review because it was still fresh that the owner of my house broke ties with this property management company. Not only were we displeased with Smart Properties, but so was the actual owner of the house we rented. Losing clients is bad for business. There were so many issues with this company from tacking on so many additional nonsense fees, saying they would do something and don’t but the BIGGEST one is the fact that the BROKE THE LAW and not just any law.
