I have to say they’ve been amazing! Everyone I’ve spoken to has been so friendly and easy to talk to. They always responded quickly to my calls and texts and made sure to answer every question I had. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and they were just such a delight to work with. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent! 10/10 on professionalism and communication!

I have never had to wait long for maintenance to come, They are always up to date on everything and the ladies and gents in the office are so kind, and caring and are always there to help you out! Also a shout out to Madison in the office, she's the best!! I know if I had a property to manage Smart Properties would be my first call!! Thank you again for everything!!!
