So... Let me start by saying this. We moved from Orlando to Lakeland to get out of an apartment complex that was infested with roaches. The staff was nice and handed us keys to go look at the house on our own. Mind you it was a 2 bed 2 bath condo at this time. Four months into the lease the owner of the condo sold the condo to someone else so we had to move. We moved to a termite infested old 1959 2 bed 1 bath house with slat windows. Consumers Beware! Do your homework before booking with this company. We paid over $17,000 for a home that was far from the 5-star experience they advertise. Upon arrival, we found rusted nails, construction debris outside and all around the pool area, dirty bathrooms, and doors that would not open despite their claims they did. The grill was so filthy they had to return to clean it. The vacuum didn’t work, they stated in their advertising all televisions were Smart TVs” yet we had to purchase our own HDMI cord and attach it ... read more

Phenomenal organization! We’ve worked with several property managers over the years at different locations around the US, and the team at Smart Properties are head and shoulders above the rest with their attentiveness and professionalism.
