I am very disappointed with my experience. The company sent me the wrong size. I was busy with my kids going back to school, so I wasn't able to return it right away. I returned it on August 19, 2026, with tracking, and it was delivered around August 24. They later gave me another tracking number on September 15, but as of October 5, USPS still says “Shipping Label Created” and “Awaiting Item.” I have been waiting for weeks and my issue still has not been resolved.
