Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and No Accountability I hired this cleaning company for an urgent situation before a ceremony. In an small apartment . The owner herself came with a very beginner trainee, and while they arrived on time, that’s where the positives end. We had agreed on a clear checklist of tasks in advance, and I even provided extra items like a vacuum as requested.
