They do not address issues, they have sent inventory weeks late, they have not reimbursed me for an item lost. Email their customer service and see if they even respond. You have to set up an appointment with them to speak to someone and they have literally said the last time I spoke to them that "you should never have to contact us". Because they think they are so perfect I guess. They are violating their terms of agreement but I doubt I will get any my deposit back.
