Absolute nightmare!!! Stayed with them way to long! Could not get a response from support through email or a call back request. Tried to reach them so many times. Could not get an account manager even though I was promised one based on my volume. Was charged daily storage for hundreds of items that they did not have and would not refund me. We paid the $400 onboarding fee and started reaching out to Smart Prep Center last month using several of their emails - but still haven’t received any response. For us, this lack of communication is a big red flag. It’s the main reason we’ve now decided to switch to another prep center. In this business, reliable and responsive support is essential - and unfortunately, Smart Prep Center has not provided that.
