I had a great experience at Smart Pick Dental after not visitjng the dentist for many years. Vanessa at the front desk was very welcoming, and the office was spotless. Dr Huynh was gentle and thorough during my exam and explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. I barely waited past my appointment time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist.
I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. The crown that was recommended and placed did not fit properly, and since then, food has consistently been getting trapped between my teeth whenever I eat. I brought this issue to the office’s attention, expecting them to stand behind their work. Instead, I was told that I would have to pay for an entirely new crown.
