I took my son in yesterday for emergency treatment. Dr Fillmore and I could not agree on a course of treatment and eventually came to a compromise. Today he was scheduled for his procedure and I called in advance to ask some last minute questions about it. Whoever I spoke to at the desk told me that during the procedure dr Fillmore would not consult with me if anything came up that we had not discussed previously. We took our son there. They said he had cavities in so many teeth. We were naive new parents, so we let them do the work. The fillings started falling out. I took him to another dentist office. They fixed his teeth and he hasn’t had one cavity since then. Coincidence? I don’t think so!
Both of my kids love Smart Pediatric Dentistry! My husband and I love that our kids look forward to going to the dentist rather than being terrified. The staff is always upbeat and great with our kids. They even had my 3 year old son laughing while he got shots before they filleds his cavities. Now if only they took adults ;)
