Our biggest regret in NYC renting from this company via Jonas Equity Management*** We had other broker appointments that week. If only we would of HOLD. Wouldn’t answer any of my inquires on apartments or pick up the phone after telling me to call him back in 15mins. I called back the next day and he continued to dodge my calls and not text me back. Completely unprofessional and terrible at communicating.
EDITED*** To keep things fresh. Saw Danilo’s comment here recently. They conned us exactly the same! 15% exactly like you!! We paid over $3K for a trash studio that came with a plethora of problems!!!!!!!!! That we are currently in court for…. - And just like another google reviewer here. “Yvonne” for reference. Same thing happened to us. These brokers are VERY FULLY aware of pre-existing apartment maintenance issues and their history and pretend to “not know”. Rude and unhelpful brokers who scam you out of 15% rent ($5000!) to be useless along the way. Avoid at all costs.
