I had my waxing done in November, and I was disappointed with the service. The sign explicitly stated “no double dip,” yet the technician was doing the exact opposite. She didn’t wax properly and applied hot wax to my underarm, pulling it off immediately. This process didn’t remove any hair, and she repeated it four times. As a result, my underarm was completely burnt, and I still have a scar from it. Afterward, she applied alcohol, which stung horribly.
