Staff was friendly.My appt was on time. The work was done and always kept me informed on what was being done. Very happy on them getting me sneaked in for an emergency visit.
Smiles Dentistry - always on time, always concerned about your well being and comfort. Very efficient and conscientious about getting you in/out as quickly as possible. They are very good about explaining all the options and what the risks, if any, of each are. Refreshing to have a Doctor and technicians and staff who truly believe in customer service!
Truly nice, professional people here. Two years ago as a first-timer, I felt at home from the minute I walked-in. Fourth visit yesterday was smooth and professional. On time, super efficient staff and I didnt feel they were rushed or pressed for time. I moved recently from TX to OK, and was happy to drive an hour+ to continue with this clinic. Sandra is a phenomenal hygienist. However Smiles billing are crooks. They billed me for services that they performed too close together.
