If you think “out the door price” means the total cost you will pay for your vehicle, Smart Motorz is not for you. We had agreed on an out the door price and I wrote my check. I was extremely disappointed to hear a month later that I owed a balance, putting my actual cost above a price that I had refused. I would not have purchaed the vechile at the higher price and made that very clear during the negotiation. I had been looking for a vehicle for some time. At times and at some dealerships it was frustrating. That was not the case here. I dealt with K, the finance manager, and appreciate his communication and listening skills. He answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently. I did not feel any pressure to purchase. Instead I felt relaxed and confident throughout the purchasing process.
