I am a travel nurse that took my Prius V to Smart Toyota Lube on 4/7/23. Smart Toyota service ended in damage to 11 lug nuts, 11 studs stripped, and 4 wheel rims destroyed by elongation on the stud mounts removing clamping force to the studs and rims. Consistently for 237,000 miles Toyota dealerships have serviced my Prius V with the most recent 12/8/22 seeing the same lugnuts, studs, and rims in new excellent condition.
