If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been one of the worst rental experiences I've had. From the start, there was pressure to sign quickly, and since then they've repeatedly tried to enforce rules and obligations that aren't in the lease. I've had to point them back to the lease language multiple times and even consult tenant attorneys because they were making unsupported demands.
