I found the staff easy to work with. They have good in-house knowledge on repair process and knowledge of available grant money. They have many contacts to handle most types of HOA needs for both repairs and financial. The initial response is usually in a timely manner but some non-emergency repairs take time especially if multiple bids are required.

Our HOA is relatively new to Smart Management, hiring them a the association's management company in December 2015 after an extensive search for a management company that could handle a 40+ unit town-home association with a few unique needs.
