I recently needed my dryer vent and air ducts cleaned again, so I decided to try a new company after my neighbor recommended Douglas. He arrived on time in Los Altos, bringing along a helper. Douglas was very professional and paid close attention to detail. He carefully disconnected the dryer from the vent, cleaned both the dryer itself and the duct connection, and then hooked up an air machine to really clear out the buildup.
