Douglas was on time, efficient, tidy, and very knowledgeable during the air duct cleaning service from Smart Los Altos Air Duct Care. He answered all of my questions with patience, explained how to keep the ductwork and vents in better shape, and shared helpful maintenance tips for improving airflow and indoor air quality. The work was done carefully, everything was kept very clean, and my home looked even better when he finished. I highly recommend this air duct cleaning service.

Douglas was excellent. Smart Los Altos Air Duct Care was very professional, kept communication clear, and shared many photos from inside and outside the dryer vent so I could clearly see the lint buildup, airflow issues, and the repair work. The vent cleaning and code-compliant repair were done carefully, and the whole service helped improve dryer safety and ventilation.
