Douglas came to clean our air ducts and did a fantastic job. He was professional, reliable, and kept everything tidy throughout the process. My wife and I were impressed with how efficient and careful he was while working. The air in our home feels fresher now, which is great, especially with the warm California weather. the team arrived right on time, were super polite and acted very professional. they cleaned out all the vents and air ducts faster than i thought they would. douglas even took a moment to answer my questions and explain how the cleaning process works.
Douglas was a fantastic technician who cleaned my air ducts quickly and thoroughly. He explained where most of the dust had built up and gave me helpful tips on how to keep things cleaner (my dryer duct was blowing directly onto my AC unit). This was my second time using their air duct cleaning services in Los Altos, and I will definitely hire them again!
Douglas showed excellent knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail when he came to clean our air ducts.
