Helen, the stylist at Smart luxe she did my hair April 20, 2024. She added four bowls of bleach to my hair. My hair was super thick and it was past my shoulders when she put me under the hairdryer she left me there for two hours, and when she started washing my hair, almost all of my hair fell out, my hair is above my shoulders, and it’s fried from the roots to the ends.
